Its thick-walled E-glass handle is custom-designed around tapered profiles, delivering a reliable grip in the wet conditions you encounter on deck. Each gaff is fitted in our factory with stainless steel hooks and finished with a rich dark brown epoxy, accented by hand-wrapped black and metallic gold trim. A functional black nylon seine cord handle and Turk’s head add practical grip and style, while the mushroom-style rubber butt cap provides a sturdy end cap for control and comfort.

The 6- and 8-foot models offer buoyant reassurance: if you drop the gaff overboard, it will float, helping you recover it quickly in challenging conditions. This feature, combined with the long, balanced profile, supports confident handling when working from a moving boat or pier edge.

Key Specifications at a Glance

Available lengths: 4, 6, and 8 feet with 2, 3, or 4-inch hooks for versatile use.

Seine cord and Turk's heads are epoxy-coated for durability and tackiness in wet or slimy hands.

Large rubber mushroom butt cap on the butt-end for comfortable, controlled leverage.

2- and 3-inch hooks use 5/16" diameter 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

4-inch hooks are crafted from N50 stainless steel for extra strength.

6- and 8-foot models float if dropped overboard.

Real-World Use and Feel

Designed for serious fishing and deck-side handling, this gaff pairs a premium build with thoughtful touches that enhance everyday use.
