Ahrex TP650 26° Bent Streamer Hook – Large Gap, Sharp Point, Black Nickel Finish

Overview

The Ahrex TP650 26° Bent Streamer Hook is crafted for articulated streamer patterns such as Drunk and Disorderly and Sid’s, where a wedge-shaped deer hair head creates a bold, fish-attracting profile. The design emphasizes a strong wire backbone to handle the tension of big, active patterns while maintaining precise hook alignment. When flipped upside down and paired with dumbbell eyes or a sculpin helmet, this hook can serve effectively in jig-style patterns, expanding your pattern-building options on the water.

In real-world use, anglers notice how the wedge head and the 26° bend influence the fly’s motion and hook timing. The result is a pulsing silhouette that stays balanced through quick retrieves and long drifts alike. The combination of action and durability helps you maintain confidence from the first cast to the final strip.
