Airflo Delta Taper Camo Clear Intermediate Fly Line – WF-5-FI to WF-8-FI with Micro Loops

Stealthy, versatile line for camo scenarios

The Airflo Delta Taper Camouflage Clear Intermediate line blends a clear polyurethane coating with a flexible camo core, delivering a near-invisible presence in waterside environments while preserving a responsive feel. This combination is designed for anglers who value a discreet profile without sacrificing casting control or line management. Whether you’re working along tangled margins or presenting delicate retrieves, this line is built to support those mid-range tactics with confidence.

Key features help you pick the right setup without guesswork. The line is available in four practical weights—WF-5-FI, WF-6-FI, WF-7-FI, and WF-8-FI—so you can match it to a variety of rods and fishing styles. The color, Camouflage Clear, is designed to blend with water and vegetation, reducing glare and helping you stay inconspicuous as you cast and retrieve. Micro Loops are included for quick, snag-free connections, so you can spend more time fishing and less time prepping.

Core design and coating

The standout pairing here is a clear polyurethane coating layered over a highly flexible camo core. This construction aims to balance visibility with performance: the coating contributes to durability and a smooth casting surface, while the camo core offers subtle, mid-line performance that can help your presentations land where you aim them. The result is a line that can feel responsive in hand, with a quiet, predictable turnover that suits controlled, mid-range casts.

What to expect on the water

In real-world use, you may notice a comfortable, adjustable feel when you load the line, a steady straightness during the cast, and reliable turnover across the delta taper. The Camouflage Clear color helps the line stay discreet as light shifts or as you move along the bank, while Micro Loops streamline setup and re-rigging between casts. This configuration is well-suited to clear-water situations where nearby aquatic foliage is present and a natural-looking line can contribute to stealthy presentation.
