Description
Overview
Successful upland hunters rely on gear that is rugged and comfortable. The Big Stone Oxford Jacket embraces that balance, drawing inspiration from the hardy landscapes of west-central Minnesota’s Big Stone country. Built to perform in challenging conditions, it pairs a tough 600D oxford polyester shell with thoughtful field-ready features.
Field-ready design and practical features
- Front-loading expandable vented blood-proof game bag that keeps your haul secure and accessible
- Mesh vented back enhances airflow to help you stay comfortable in active, fast-moving days
- Gusseted storage pockets provide flexible space for essential gear and extra layers
- Double zippered chest device pockets offer organized storage for small tools or electronics
- D-ring for securing a dog transmitter keeps your setup tidy and within reach
Comfort and organization in tough conditions
The jacket’s breathable back panel promotes airflow during long sits or quick chases, while the front-loading game bag reduces the need to open multiple compartments. The durable shell shields against wind, abrasion, and light rain, so you can focus on the pursuit rather than the weather.
In the field, thoughtful details make a difference. Gusseted pockets stay open when you’re reaching for essentials, and the chest pockets keep devices stowed securely but accessible. The D-ring provides a simple anchor point for a dog transmitter or tracking gear.
