Overview: Meet the BURRIS OracleX Crossbow Scope

The BURRIS OracleX is a purpose-built crossbow scope that fuses rangefinding technology with a lightweight, rugged optic. Built on Burris’ long history of precision optics, this scope brings an integrated laser rangefinder into a compact form, designed to withstand field conditions while staying easy to handle in the moment of decision.

Built-in Rangefinder for fast, informed aiming

Activate the laser with the wireless remote or the range button on the scope. At the push of a button, you’ll see the distance to your target and an exact aiming point that accounts for the angle of your shot. The system is designed to stay accurate as you zoom from 2x to 7x, so your holdover remains sensible whether you’re perched in a treestand or scanning open timber.

• Instant distance readout with the push of a button
• Angle-aware aiming point to maintain accuracy across elevations
• 2-7x variable zoom with magnification compensation for steady holds
• Inclinometer integration helps factor in steep-angle shots

Stability, clarity, and field-ready durability

Beyond rangefinding, OracleX includes a precise aluminum mount system that remains stable under rugged hunting conditions. A built-in electronic bubble level helps reduce cant, so your setup stays balanced as you move through cover or adjust your stance. The scope is designed to be lightweight yet robust enough to endure challenging environments, backed by Burris Forever Warranty for lasting confidence in the field.

• Electric bubble level for cant reduction
• Durable aluminum construction for reliable mounting
• Lightweight design tailored for crossbow platforms

Field use and practical considerations

In real-world use, the OracleX supports quick yardage estimation and a precise aiming point, helping you respond to moving targets or changing cover without guessing. Whether you’re on a stand or moving through brush, the combination of rangefinding, angle compensation, and stable mounting offers a practical, sensor-informed way to engage targets. The instrument is designed for long sessions in diverse conditions, and it’s recommended to remove the battery after use to preserve life as part of routine care.
