Description
All-Weather Waterproof Protection
The Calamus WaveWalker Waders combine a durable nylon shell with a PVC membrane to deliver reliable waterproof protection. A durable water repellent (DWR) finish helps moisture bead on the surface, while taped seams reinforce the joints to reduce leaks in spray or splashes.
Comfort, Durability, and Active Use
Inside, a soft, skin-friendly lining helps keep you comfortable on long river days. The waders offer tear resistance that outperforms some competitors and feature triple-layer reinforced knee pads for added abrasion resistance on rocky banks or kneeling casts.
Storage, Organization, and Secure Fit
Multiple pockets keep tools, tippet, and small tackle organized: external zippered pocket, internal pocket, and a generous chest pocket. Five D-rings on the chest, back, and waist support quick gear attachment. Wide, adjustable shoulder and waist straps help you dial in a secure fit, and removable shoulder straps let you wear the waders as pants when preferred.
Traction and Cold-Weather Comfort
The boots are built from upgraded PVC for longer life and ongoing flexibility in cold weather. A deep, aggressive tread provides reliable slip resistance on slick rocks, mud, and wet banks, helping you move with confidence across varied terrain.
Sizing Tips
- Size according to your usual US shoe size; "M" = men's, "W" = women's.
- Size up if you wear thick sweaters or puffy jackets, or have wide feet or thick socks.
What to Expect on Your Day on the Water
With the WaveWalker Waders, you gain practical storage, sturdy protection, and thoughtful fit for a day of river outings. The built-in wader hanger helps you dry and store gear between trips, keeping your setup ready for the next cast.
- External zippered pocket, internal pocket, and chest pocket provide flexible storage options.
- Five D-rings enable easy gear attachment for reels, pliers, and accessories.
- Removable shoulder straps offer versatile wear, from waders to pants.
