Real-world use and tips
Ideal for both rivers and lakes where Callibaetis are a main food source. The marabou gills on the back portion of the wing case create subtle motion and a lifelike silhouette that enticingly mirrors natural nymphs. The combination of triggers and movement can attract cautious trout during drift fishing, along weed edges, and near structure.
Try drifting with a natural rhythm, then vary the depth by adjusting your leader length or using a light sink tip. A steady, gentle presentation often yields the best reads without overselling the strike.
