Description
The Cortland Striped Bass Blitz WF8I/F combines an intermediate head with a floating running line. This 100-foot Ice Blue/Sky Blue configuration is part of the Cold Salt range, providing a defined sinking-head format to compare for saltwater fly presentations.

Match the eight-weight designation with the rod and reel you plan to use, including room for backing. The intermediate head and floating running line perform different roles in the setup, so compare that arrangement with a fully floating line before choosing. The taper is intended for striped bass and other listed saltwater species, including false albacore, bonito and bluefish. Select your leader and fly around the water depth and retrieve you want to fish.
