Daiwa Steez Double Clutch 60SP IP Pink — Variable Depth Jerkbait

Meet the Daiwa Steez Double Clutch 60SP IP Pink

The Steez Double Clutch 60SP IP Pink is a variable depth jerkbait designed to engage fish across multiple water layers using a single lure. It embraces the Minnow concept, offering range versatility with a slender, streamlined body that reduces drag on the cast and enhances control during retrieves.

With input from Mr. Izuma, a respected figure behind HMKL Minnow designs, this lure blends precise action with reliable depth performance. The IP Pink finish stands out in a variety of light conditions, while the fish-like silhouette delivers a natural presence in the water. The overall form is crafted to stay steady in flight and into the strike zone, supporting consistent performance from the first cast. The lure’s finish resists wear and maintains visibility across conditions, helping you confidently explore different depths.

Key performance traits

• Variable depth operation lets you target shallow to mid-depth zones with one lure
• Smooth center-of-gravity movement supports natural, consistent action through retrieves
• Slim, aerodynamic profile enables longer casts with quicker water entry
• Silent oscillation Vers-S is achieved through Saxus processed wire for stable action

Construction and handling

• High-visibility IP Pink coating provides durable finish and better water column contrast
• Balanced internal weight distribution helps predictable track and easier depth control

How to use: Start with a steady reel, add short pauses, and vary speed to explore surface, mid-level, and deeper zones. Adjust retrieves for different strike windows, and pair with a light rod to feel subtle movements in the water.

In short, this lure offers versatility, refined balance, and a design that complements varied fishing styles. It presents as a possibility: a single tool that can cover multiple depths with a controlled, lifelike feel, without promising guaranteed results.
