Getting started

1. Wear protective clothing and PPE, and prepare your workspace.
2. Place scrap lead in a suitable pot and heat until molten (approximately 650°F).

5. Use tongs to hold the mold with the pouring cavity facing you.
6. Pour molten lead into each cavity until it is full.

8. Wait about 10 seconds, then remove the wire and open the mold to release the sinkers.
9. Snip any excess material from the top of the sinkers and allow to cool.
