Description
Overview
The Final Approach LIVE Wood Duck Decoys provide a lifelike presence on the water, blending color, posture, and craft with durable, buoyant EVA construction. Realistic feather detailing and precise paint work help these decoys stand out in daylight and low light alike, inviting curiosity from passing wood ducks.
Key features
- EVA material for buoyancy and rugged field performance
- Amazing LIVE feather detail provided by World Champion carver Pat Godin
- Lifelike paint detail designed for high visibility on the water
- One-piece construction for quick setup and seamless lines
Included in the 6-pack are four upright drakes and two surface-feeder hens. The vivid green color adds contrast across water, reeds, and timber, helping the decoys pop in a variety of hunting spots and conditions.
Practical use and setup
- Place upright drakes along the edges of your spread to improve outline and visibility
- Set hens on the surface to suggest feeding activity and natural movement
These decoys are designed for versatile setups, whether you’re working timber holes or open-water scenarios. Their one-piece design limits seams and potential wear, while the paint and feather detailing stay legible from a distance as light shifts with weather and time of day.
Durability and care
Rinse after use, store away from extreme heat, and avoid abrasive impacts. The EVA composition is built to hold its shape and color through regular handling and repeated deployments.
