Hareline Dubbin 1 oz Marabou Blood Quills – Premium Fly Tying Fibers

Elevate your fly tying with Hareline Dubbin's 1 oz Marabou Blood Quills. The marabou fibers are soft, flexible, and move with water, helping patterns breathe with each stroke. These blood quills deliver a natural sway to streamers, wooly buggers, and leech patterns, while a vibrant color range keeps your flies visible in varied light. This premium marabou is designed for successful performance in both freshwater and saltwater environments.

Why choose Marabou Blood Quills

The quills stand out for texture and motion. Light, airy fibers hold shape during tying, producing patterns that swing with current and casts. Rich colors support hatch matching or attractor designs without overpowering the pattern.

Ideal uses and pattern ideas

Use the Blood Quills to enhance realism and movement across several patterns:

• Realistic streamers that pulse with water
• Body and flow for Wooly Buggers
• Leech patterns with natural undulation
• Layer with other materials for textured flies

Experiment with trimming and layering to tailor buoyancy and motion. The 1 oz package provides ample material for multiple patterns, making it a versatile choice for both beginners and seasoned tiers.
