Higdon Outdoors Battleship Swimmer PRO Mallard Hen — Ultra Realistic Foam-Filled Motion Duck Decoy

Overview

The Higdon Outdoors Battleship Swimmer PRO Mallard Hen decoy elevates motion and realism in waterfowl setups. With a foam-filled body and oversized, high-contrast styling, this decoy is designed to catch the eye and emulate natural movement on the water. Its robust construction aims to deliver convincing swimming action while maintaining buoyancy across varying conditions, helping you create a believable spread without sacrificing durability.

Engineering that Delivers Realistic Motion

PRO upgrades focus on motion fidelity. A redesigned pump housing and pipe work in concert with a custom-designed impeller to displace more water, producing a more dynamic wake and lifelike steering through currents. A meticulously tuned timing sequence enhances surface ripples and movement, giving the Mallard Hen an almost animal-like glide that can pair with other decoys to create a cohesive scene.

• New pump housing and pipe for improved performance and durability with a magnetic on/off switch
• Custom impeller generates stronger water displacement for natural-looking motion
• Optimized timing sequence for believable ripple and swimming action

Power, Durability, and Water Readiness

The Battleship Swimmer PRO is built around a waterproof, IPX7-rated battery housing and includes two Lithium Ion battery packs. A quick six-hour recharge keeps the setup ready for extended sessions, with a practical seven-hour runtime in typical use. An all-weather design keeps performance reliable across fresh, salt, and brackish water, and the foam-filled construction adds buoyancy and resilience in choppy or soft-bottom environments.

• IPX7 waterproof battery housing protects electronics
• Two Li-ion battery packs included for extended use
• Six-hour charge time with up to seven hours of runtime

Field-Ready Setup and Practical Use

Setup is quick and straightforward: attach a decoy cord and weight, drop the decoy into water, and the motion begins. The unit works in as little as twelve inches of water and supports a wide range of water types, enabling flexible placement in various hunting environments. The foam-filled body adds buoyancy, ensuring stable performance even in rougher conditions, while the high-contrast Mallard Hen design enhances visibility within a spread.

What to Expect in Real Use

In real-world scenarios, you can anticipate a convincing presence on the water due to the combination of foam fill, realistic motion, and deliberate timing. The result is a decoy that can complement other decoys by creating a unified, eye-catching surface that draws attention without promising certainty about hunt outcomes. The focus remains on possibilities and practical improvements you can count on in typical field use.

• Quick setup with cord and weight for rapid deployment
• Reliable performance across different water depths and salinities
• Foam-filled body for buoyancy and durability in varied conditions
