Hunters Specialties Qwik Bugle Mac Daddy Combo – Extendable 9-Inch Elk Call

Overview

The Hunters Specialties Qwik Bugle Mac Daddy Combo blends a compact, extendable 9-inch bugle tube with a responsive Infinity Latex mouthpiece for versatile elk calling. It’s designed to let you dial in pitch and volume to mimic nasally cow calls or powerful bull bugles, all while staying whisper-quiet in the field.

Core benefits

• Foolproof elk calling system: The Mac Daddy mouthpiece and Qwik Bugle tube work together to produce deep, realistic calls that can lure bulls from a distance.
• Extendable design for range: The 9-inch tube extends to maximize sound projection and collapses for silent carry.
• Flexible sound projection: The lightweight, bendable tube allows directional calling to guide bulls through varied terrain.
• Quiet, durable construction: Lightweight materials keep field noise low while ensuring reliable performance in rugged settings.
• Hands-free carry: A carabiner clip keeps the call accessible on your pack or belt when timing matters.

What you get

• Qwik Bugle tube with extendable 9" to 24" range
• Mac Daddy mouthpiece with Infinity Latex
• Carabiner clip for secure attachment

Real-world use

In dawn light or quiet backcountry, you can extend or retract the tube to suit wind, distance, and bulls’ responses. The flexible design helps you broadcast sound toward likely routes without moving your position, while the compact form stays ready for quick, precise calls as bulls approach.

Practical tips for field success include practicing with gentle pressure to refine tone, keeping the Infinity Latex mouthpiece clean for consistent response, and using the carabiner clip to ensure you never lose access during critical moments.

Usage ideas

• Adapt pitch and volume to replicate cow chatter or bull bugles in open meadows or timber pockets.
• Broadcast in multiple directions to test bulls’ listening cues and improve reaction times.
• Carry compactly when surveying long ridges, then extend for distant elk encounters.
