Meet Kalin's Google Eye Jig

Designed to blend sight and sound in a compact lure, the Kalin's GE14-PPL/CH Google Eye Jig in Purple and Chartreuse (1/4 oz) is built to help you present a lively option across water conditions. The distinctive glass eye reflects light to catch attention, while the built‑in shockwave rattle system adds vibrations that travel through water and invite bites. The high carbon steel hook is sharpened and hardened for a clean, piercing hookset. Because the jig can be rigged with soft plastics or live bait, it offers flexible presentation ideas for a range of species and environments.

Why anglers reach for this jig

• High carbon steel, super sharp hook supports a confident hookset
• Glass eye reflects light to boost visibility in varied conditions
• Very loud rattling sounds travel through water to attract attention
• Versatile hook accepts soft plastic baits or live bait for adaptable setups

Practical uses and how it may perform

Cast toward structure, weed edges, or schooling fish and retrieve with a steady pace, a pause, and occasional twitches to mimic a struggling prey. In clear water, the eye and color pattern help visibility; in stained water, the sound and silhouette can become your signals.

• Near cover or ledges: cast beyond, then perform short lifts and drops to imitate prey motion
• Over weed edges: slow, deliberate retrieves with occasional pauses
• For live bait: thread on a minnow or chunk bait to add natural movement

This lure offers versatility for both beginners and seasoned anglers, with a design that emphasizes visibility, sound, and presentation options. Results can vary with water conditions and species, but the combination of color, sound, and a sharp hook provides a compelling package to test in different spots.
