Description
Overview
The Keitech Cat Camaron is a shrimp imitator designed for bass fishing. At 5.5 inches long and approx 7.4 g in weight, this lure blends a balanced texture with a natural shrimp cue to create lively water presence. While not promising results, its design aims to deliver action that can resemble a shrimp in motion, helping you connect with nearby bass during a day on the water.
What you get
- Quantity: 7 pieces
- Total length: 5.5 inches, weight 7.4 g
- Color: 101 Green Pumpkin Pepper
- Formulated with a natural ika blend
- Recommended hooks: Masbari or offset hooks 1/0 to 2/0
In-water performance
When used on a neck rig, the Cat Camaron is designed to continuously stimulate a shrimp bath as you fish. Expect water posture, a bottom drop action, and a swinging body during a shaking retrieve. The effect is a lifelike presence that can attract bass without promising specific results.
Why anglers consider it
The lure balances softness and firmness to maintain a natural feel in the water, with a light salt balance that helps reproduce a subtle shrimp presence. Its construction aims to endure repeated casts while preserving a convincing silhouette that mimics a shrimp meal in motion.
Tips for best results
- Pair with a Masbari or offset hook sized 1/0 to 2/0
- Use a steady retrieve with occasional pauses to mimic a feeding shrimp
- Explore different depths and shoreline edges to locate active bass
