Keitech CF44401 Crazy Flapper Green Pumpkin Chartreuse 4.4-Inch Craw Bait | Versatile Rig & Trailer

Overview

The Keitech CF44401 Crazy Flapper in Green Pumpkin Chartreuse is a craw style lure designed to entice bites as it moves through cover. The bait uses dual injected PVC blends for a balanced mix of soft, lifelike action and lasting durability. Its patent pending design aims to deliver natural movement in response to subtle cues, making it a practical option for a range of setups.

What makes it perform in the field

The Crazy Flapper features a slithering body with fluttering claws and tentacles that respond to the angler’s cadence. This motion can attract attention and encourage a strike, while the design supports a slower, controlled fall and a longer presence in the strike zone.

Rig options and versatility

• Texas rigging, jig head setups, or using it as a jig trailer
• Drop shot applications for subtle, precise presentations
• Can be swapped into jig trailers to add flutter and tail action

• Softness with durability: Dual injected PVC blends balance a lifelike feel with resilience
• Cover friendly design: body components work to slide through debris while claws flutter on movement
• Weight and descent: enables using less weight and slows the fall for extended line exposure

Practical tips

In practice, pair the Crazy Flapper with lighter heads for slow, controlled retrieves along weed edges, timber lines, and around docks. The soft yet durable plastic helps maintain action across casts while resisting wear from cover.
