LAMSON Force SL II Fly Reel – All-Water Azure, Ultra-Light Large Arbor for 6-8 WT

Discover the LAMSON Force SL II All-Water Fly Reel

The Force SL II marks a refined evolution of the Force Superlight lineage, delivering an exceptionally lightweight reel without compromising strength. With a larger arbor than its predecessor, it retrieves line more efficiently while maintaining a featherweight profile that won’t weigh you down on long days on the water.

Crafted for versatility, the SL II is built to handle both salt and freshwater environments. The frame and spool are machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with a hard anodize that resists wear and corrosion. The one-piece frame design contributes to a clean, streamlined look and reliable durability, while a refined CNC machining process adds strength where it matters most.

Key Benefits and Why It Stands Out

• Featherweight engineering: a true balance of muscle and minimal weight, ideal for all-day casting.

• Sealed cobalt drag: smooth power with full water protection against salt, debris, and grit.
• All-water readiness: robust construction and a finish designed to endure varied conditions.
• US-made quality: Idaho-built, with durable materials and a design lineage grounded in performance.

Performance in Real Life

Envision a calm morning on a freestone stream, where a forgiving cast is paired with a reel that keeps pace with your line. The Force SL II’s light weight reduces fatigue, while the large arbor helps you mend, strip, and fish with confidence through long sessions and varying flows.

This reel excels when you need a reliable all-water companion for 6WT, 7WT, or 8WT setups. With options like Azure and Custom finishes, it also offers a personalized touch without sacrificing the core benefits of the design.
