Megabass MagDraft Swimbait 8in – Realistic Swim, Magnetic Hook System, Fin-Suppressing Design

A versatile 8-inch swimbait from Megabass

The Megabass MagDraft Swimbait, code-named X-SWIMMER-MAGDRAFT, blends a soft, lifelike body with an integrated magnet to keep triple hooks close to the lure. This design aims to deliver a natural, stable swim across large water bodies and along structure, without sacrificing responsiveness.

• Size: 8 inches
• Mass: 3.1 ounces

The hooks are tucked closer to the body by the Mag Hold System, with two hooks acting as top guards to permit near-contact cover. The arrangement reduces the visible hook profile while minimizing water resistance, supporting a smooth, continuous action as the lure moves through the water.

Fins on the lure suppress body roll, helping replicate the subtle, side-to-side motion of real baitfish. In broad wakes or along weed edges, the MagDraft maintains a balanced feel so the lure remains stable during retrieved strokes.

Design details and practical usage

• Soft, natural body texture with a built-in magnet for consistent hook proximity
• Triple hooks positioned for near-contact cover without excessive snag

Use cases span freshwater and saltwater environments, from open flats to dense cover. The MagDraft shines when you want a convincing swim in large spaces or around structure where a lifelike profile matters. Expect a measured, controlled feel that communicates subtle water movement through the lure’s body and fins.

Note: As with any lure, results depend on conditions and technique. The MagDraft offers a set of possibilities designed to support a natural presentation and versatile retrieval options.
