• Front-weighted construction provides stability and deliberate action during vertical and slow jigging encounters.
• Slim, low-drag profile helps the lure slice through water with less resistance, preserving energy for longer retrieves.

• Slower and longer jigging strokes promote extended fishing sessions, increasing opportunities to trigger a strike.

How to use

Adapt the Moon Riser Jig to your hunt by starting with a controlled drop or short cast, then tugging with measured, gradual motions. If you encounter deeper water or stronger currents, adjust your depth and cadence to keep the jig engaged with the water column.

Practical tips include maintaining contact with the jig, allowing the lure to pause briefly after each lift, and varying the cadence to discover what entices bites in your local water. This approach keeps the action lively while preserving the jiggin rhythm you prefer.

Quality you can rely on

Mustad combines proven geometry with a robust hook and a bold color choice to help you fish with confidence. While individual results vary by season and location, the Moon Riser Jig is designed to offer consistent action across a range of environments and species.
