Nitecore NU25 MCT UL Headlamp – 400 Lumens, Ultra Lightweight, USB-C Rechargeable

Meet the Nitecore NU25 MCT UL headlamp, a featherweight power companion for backpackers, campers, and runners who refuse to leave light behind. Weighing just 1.65 oz, it delivers up to 400 lumens and reaches a beam distance of 144 yards, helping you spot trail markers, campsite edges, and uneven terrain without bulk. The slim, balanced design sits comfortably on the head and disappears when not needed, so light becomes almost invisible during the day and ready when you need it at night.

Versatile lighting for changing conditions

Switch among warm, natural, and cool white tones with a simple button press. Warm light reduces eye strain in fog, drizzle, or rain; neutral white offers crisp, daylight-like ambience for map reading or gear sorting; cool white sharpens contrast for rugged outdoor surfaces and trail edges.

In addition to color temperature, NU25 UL provides four primary outputs plus SOS, beacon, and an auxiliary red light. This versatile setup supports a range of activities—from camp chores and late-night navigation to signaling in an emergency—without needing multiple devices.

Power and endurance you can rely on

• USB-C rechargeability with a built-in battery status indicator helps you stay informed about charge levels.
• Up to 45 hours of runtime on a full charge; recharging takes about one hour.
• Durable PC construction with IP66 waterproof rating and impact resistance up to 1 meter for rugged environments.

Design, accessories, and portability

The NU25 UL is designed for life on the move. It includes a headband, bracket, diffusing stuff sack, USB-C charging cable, and a Nitecore sticker, ensuring you’re ready to go out of the box. Its compact form makes it easy to stash in a backpack, belt pouch, or travel kit.

Real-world use cases and sensory notes

• Backpacking moments where a soft glow guides your path without overpowering your night sounds around camp.
• Camping routines that require focused lighting for meals, gear check, or tent entryways.
• Early-morning runs where the beam cuts through dim skies and uneven footing with clear visibility.
