Description
Notch Absolute Oval Aluminum Carabiner (54441) – engineered for dependable, everyday use
The Notch Absolute Oval Aluminum Carabiner combines a compact silhouette with robust engineering. Crafted from aluminum and finished for a clean, tactile feel, this piece is designed to deliver reliable clip-in experiences across a range of activities. The knurled gate provides sure grip, even when you’re wearing gloves, helping you secure connections quickly and confidently without fumbling.
Why this carabiner stands out
The I-beam frame design is purpose-built to resist flex under load, maintaining shape and stiffness when you’re clipping into anchors or securing gear. The oval profile supports balanced clipping and reduces snag potential, while the 3/4 inch (19 mm) gate opening offers generous access to racks, lines, or webbing. At only 2.5 oz, this carabiner stays light in your pack or on your harness, which matters when you’re moving fast or working in tight spaces.
- I-beam frame plus knurled gate for stable handling and positive feedback during attachment

- Compact 4.33 inch height and 2.4 inch width for easy storage and access
