Description
Overview
The Paramount Outdoors Meridian Z Zippered Breathable Stockingfoot Chest Wader is designed for anglers who want reliable protection without sacrificing comfort. Built with a 4-Ply puncture-resistant nylon upper and a 6-Ply wrap for the lower legs, this wader aims to keep you dry while staying breathable through long days on the water.
Key design features
- 100% WATERPROOF and BREATHABLE construction with reinforced upper and lower panels for durability in variable conditions
- ZIPPERED FRONT opening featuring the German-engineered TIZIP Masterseal 10 zipper for water protection and easier on/off
- FULL WRAP LOWER LEGS with 6-Ply puncture resistant nylon and a single seam crotch to minimize chaf points and potential leaks
- AMPLE STORAGE with a total of 7 pockets: 2 zippered chest fly box pockets, 2 highwater pockets, 2 rear zip pockets, and an inside zip security pocket
- STOCKINGFOOT 4mm neoprene booties, soft and comfortable, reinforced by 4-Ply gravel guards with lace hooks
Comfort, fit, and versatility
Designed to move with you, the Meridian Z emphasizes airflow and flexible movement while delivering dependable water protection. The zip front supports quick adjustments between casts and conditions, and the stockingfoot setup keeps feet secure inside the booties for steady footing on slick banks.
Real-world use and benefits
In drizzle, spray, or bright sun, these waders offer a balance of protection and mobility. The seven pockets help keep flies, tools, and essentials within easy reach, reducing the need to rummage through a pack. The combination of durable lower-leg reinforcement and a comfortable neoprene footbed makes long days on the river more enjoyable, without making promises about outcomes.
Care and longevity
Rinse after use and air dry away from direct heat to preserve materials. Regular care can help extend the life of the wader through multiple seasons, especially when used in rugged river terrains. Benefits described here are practical possibilities based on the design and materials, not guarantees.
What you get
- Zippered front access for easy on/off and airflow
- Full-wrap lower legs to reduce seam exposure
- Multiple pockets for organized storage on the water
