Paramount Outdoors Stonefly Youth Breathable Chest Wader (Medium)

Designed for young anglers, the Stonefly youth chest wader blends reliable waterproof protection with breathable comfort. Built to fit growing kids and encourage confident first casts, this wader is a practical companion for rivers, streams, and family fishing trips.

Designed for movement and growing kids

Crafted from durable 4-ply nylon, the wader balances dryness with airflow to keep young fishermen comfortable as they squat, wade, and explore. The stocking-foot booties use 100% neoprene for a flexible, snug feel that minimizes chafing while staying watertight. This model pairs well with standard wading shoes for versatility on varied riverbeds.

Smart storage and quick-access design

Storage is thoughtful and kid-friendly. A zippered top-entry pocket holds fly boxes and small gear, while two attachment points on the suspenders offer easy access to tools like hemostats or tippet without slowing play or learning to tie knots.

• Top-entry chest pocket keeps essentials within reach during casts.
• Two attachment points on suspenders for quick tool access.
• Double-sealed neoprene booties resist leaks and stay comfortable.
• Wading belt and gravel guards help prevent sagging and accommodate growth.

Comfort and durability from head to toe

The waterproof yet breathable build promotes all-day wearability on splashy days and slow-water explorations alike. Flexible construction supports natural movement, while a secure waist belt and guards keep the waders in place as little explorers shift from bank to bank.

• Breathable, waterproof 4-ply nylon fabric for all-day comfort.
• Snug neoprene booties with reinforced seams for long-lasting protection.
• Kid-friendly fit that still performs for beginner to intermediate outings.

Care, warranty, and next steps

Care is straightforward: allow the waders to dry completely before storage and keep them in a dry, cool area away from excessive heat. A one-year warranty protects against manufacturing defects (not for commercial use or normal wear).

Paramount Outdoors, based in Guntersville, Alabama, aims to deliver dependable, entry-level fly fishing gear that families can count on. If you’re introducing a child to fishing, this Stonefly model offers protection, comfort, and practical features without over-promising results.
