PETZL ACTIK CORE Headlamp – 600 Lumen Rechargeable Light with Red Lighting for Hiking, Climbing, and Camping – Green

Meet the PETZL ACTIK CORE Headlamp: A Compact Powerhouse for Outdoors

Designed for hikers, climbers, and campers, the ACTIK CORE delivers a bright 600-lumen beam in a lightweight, durable package. The distinctive green finish helps you spot your gear, and the headlamp’s balanced performance supports nighttime exploration, camp chores, and route planning with calm confidence.

Thanks to a thoughtful 50:50 brightness-to-burn-time arrangement, the headlamp maintains meaningful brightness longer, letting you pace a dusk hike, read a trail map, or light a quiet campsite without frequent battery swaps. It blends practical power with a streamlined, comfortable fit that stays secure as you move through wind and pine needles.

Smart Power, Hybrid Convenience

The ACTIK CORE adopts Petzl’s Hybrid Concept, so you can fuel it with the CORE rechargeable battery or run it on three AAA batteries—without needing an extra adapter. This flexibility is invaluable when you’re miles from a charger but still want a reliable, bright beam that adapts to your schedule.

• Hybrid power: CORE rechargeable battery or three AAA cells.
• Full tilt: beam tilts up or down to illuminate your surroundings whether you wear it on your head or around your neck.
• Dual-beam versatility: wide beam for immediate surroundings plus a mixed beam to cover proximity and distant visibility during fast-paced activities.
• Three lighting modes: continuous lighting, red light for night vision, and strobe for signaling or visibility in low light.
• Lock function: prevents accidental activation to conserve battery when packed away.

Designed for Real-World Adventures

Lightweight yet sturdy, the ACTIK CORE sits comfortably on a headband, keeping your hands free for scrambling, cooking, or navigating a rocky trail. The red-light mode preserves night vision and minimizes glare on the eyes of others nearby. The tilt capability lets you aim the beam toward a distant crag or down to read a compass and map without removing the headlamp.

Whether you’re winding through a windy ridge at dusk, setting up camp after dark, or stepping outside for a late-night check of gear, this headlamp adapts to your pace. The red-light option supports stealthy, eye-friendly navigation, while the bright white beam ensures you won’t miss essential details on the trail. The compact design and intuitive controls make it a practical choice for weekend trips and longer expeditions alike.

In short, the ACTIK CORE blends powerful illumination with practical, field-ready features. It’s easy to switch modes, adjust the beam, and pack away after a night under the open sky. Consider it a dependable companion for late-night prep, dawn workouts, or after-dark exploration—ready when you are, with flexible options that suit your needs.
