Shipping

Orders ship across Canada. The shipping policy lists 1–2 business days for processing, followed by estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days for most Canadian provinces, or 7–14 business days for remote and Northern communities. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees.

Shipping costs, if any, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. See the shipping policy for destination details, delays and split shipments.

Returns

Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the policy's condition requirements, including being unused/unworn with tags, accessories, parts and proof of purchase. Conditions and exclusions apply, including those for used items, gift cards and marked final-sale items.

For eligible returns, a prepaid return label is provided. Start by emailing canadawildco@gmail.com. Refunds are normally issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received; your payment provider may take additional time.

Read the full return and refund policy for eligibility, packaging requirements, exclusions and damaged or incorrect items.
