On long trails and everyday adventures, staying hydrated matters. The Platypus Big Zip EVO 2-Liter reservoir blends durable construction with taste-free water delivery, so you can drink with confidence and ease. Designed for hikers, backpackers, travelers and mountain bikers, it emphasizes a fast flow, a secure connection, and user-friendly filling in a compact package that fits within most hydration systems. Embedded silver-ion technology helps protect water from mold and bacteria between fills, while all materials are certified food-grade and free from BPA, BPS and phthalates to preserve a clean taste for day-after-day use.

The 2-liter model measures around 8.7 by 15 inches and weighs about 6 ounces, offering a lightweight hydration option without adding bulk to your pack. Optional sizes are available if you prefer more or less capacity. The reservoir features a large 5/16-inch drink tube for a generous flow and a HyFLO bite valve that self-seals to maintain a steady pace on the go. Easy filling and fast drying are built into the design, making it practical for backcountry trips, travel days, or rugged rides.
