Description
Overview
Discover a dependable set of plplaaoo Bombarda floats designed for fly fishing in fresh water and streams. Each piece is crafted from tough acrylic, delivering durable performance without weighing down your rig. The 5-piece kit spans multiple sizes (5g, 10g, 15g, 20g), giving you options to tailor weight to your lure and the conditions you encounter. Note that the model weight is not equal to the actual weight, so please refer to the size chart for precise dimensions.
Why choose clear for underwater visibility
The floats feature a clear body that remains less visible to fish underwater, helping your tiny lures or flies present more naturally. This can be advantageous in clear water or with wary fish where subtle presentation matters.
- Made of toughest acrylic, with great quality and durability.
- Line feeds through center of bobber.
- Clear design is less visible to fish under the water.
- Allows you to cast tiny lures or flies farther.
- Great for making rigs and set ups.
Practical uses
These floats support rigs and setups designed for casting small flies. Use them when you need gentle buoyancy and controlled line flow, such as in shallow runs or light currents.
- Pair with lightweight leaders and small flies to maximize distance
- Choose the appropriate weight (5g/10g/15g/20g) based on lure size and water depth
- Center-feeding design helps guide line through the bobber for smooth casting
- Store and care by keeping dry to prevent acrylic scratches
