Description
Overview
The PPOLB Ice Auger Bit 8 inch is a rugged, versatile tool designed to simplify ice fishing. Built to pair with common cordless powerheads, it offers practical handling, responsive cutting, and thoughtful safety features that help you stay focused on the catch.
Designed for real world use, this auger blends robust construction with light weight, making hole after hole accessible without excessive fatigue. It is crafted to perform reliably in the cold and to fit a broad range of setups, giving you flexibility on the ice.
Universal compatibility
Engineered to work with most 18 to 20V powerheads and 1/2 inch shafts, the unit uses a universal adapter and top plate to support a wide array of brands and configurations.
Efficient cutting and stability
The X shaped dual blades work in concert with a center point blade to stabilize holes and pull ice chips away as you drill, enabling smoother penetration through thick ice.
Safety and buoyancy
Floatation foam and a reinforced top plate help prevent sinking during drilling, allowing you to keep your focus on fishing rather than gear concerns.
Durable yet light
A 40 inch aluminum shaft delivers enduring strength without excessive weight, making it easier to transport and maneuver in winter conditions.
Cold resistant materials
The auger flighting and blade base use durable nylon that remains flexible in low temperatures, maintaining performance when conditions are tough.
