Description
Rab Downpour Mountain Pants
When mountain rain rolls in, these pants are built to move with you. The Rab Men’s Downpour Mountain Trousers use Pertex Shield 2.5L fabric, delivering a strong combination of waterproof protection and breathability, while keeping weight low and packability high thanks to 100% recycled materials. A regular fit makes layering easy on changing conditions, and the articulated knees with a built-in gusset support dynamic movement on rocky or root-strewn trails.
Two-way, full-length Aquaguard side zippers offer quick on-and-off access in damp weather and double as vents when you’re climbing under humid skies. An adjustable waist and hems provide a snug, secure feel without restricting motion, so you can focus on your route rather than your gear.
Why these pants work on wet, windy, or misty days
- Weather-ready protection: durable waterproofing paired with reliable breathability keeps you comfortable as rain conditions evolve.
- Lightweight and compact: the shell is designed to fold down small for easy packing into a daypack or belt kit.
- Freedom of movement: gusseted construction and articulated knees help you stride, crouch, or scramble with less restriction.
- Convenient adjustments: an adjustable waist and hems secure the fit, while the side zippers simplify layering and ventilation.
