Description
Rapala VMC Hatchet Spoon Lure — Premium Ice Fishing Action
When the ice is thick and bites are unpredictable, a compact lure with bold motion can stand out. The Hatchet Spoon delivers a 1/16‑ounce profile in a vivid Fire Tiger color, designed for precise jigging and confident performance through the hole. This combination helps you explore tight pockets, pull along weed edges, and probe structure with ease.
Its distinctive hatchet blade is engineered to throw off bright flashes and a sharp flutter, producing a lifelike motion that mimics distressed baitfish. The resulting water pulse can attract curious predators and invite aggressive follow-ups, whether you’re targeting walleye, trout, panfish, or perch from under the ice or during early open-water days.
Durability matters on demanding ice days. Built with robust materials and sharp hooks, the Hatchet Spoon is designed to endure repeated strikes while keeping hookups reliable across freshwater and, for some setups, brackish environments. The lure blends innovation with proven effectiveness, offering a versatile tool for anglers who value consistent performance without overpromising outcomes.
