Region Fishing Tungsten Bead Rainbow Warrior Midge Nymph Fly on Mustad Signature Hooks (Size 16) – 1 Dozen

Region Fishing Tungsten Bead Rainbow Warrior Midge Nymph Fly

Meet a standout pattern from Region Fishing. The Tungsten Bead Rainbow Warrior Midge Nymph is a newer pattern that has captured the attention of trout anglers for its depth, drift, and durability. The heavy tungsten bead helps the fly sink quickly into the water column, reducing the need for extra weight while preserving a natural, drag-free drift. The kit comes as a 1 dozen set on Mustad Signature hooks (hook size 16), with four hook sizes available (16, 18, 20, 22) and three flies per size. This thoughtful setup makes it easy to tailor depth and presentation on the water, whether you’re fishing a fast riffle or a calm seam, and you can deploy the fly as a point or dropper as conditions dictate.

Why this pattern appeals to trout anglers

• Heavy tungsten bead drives the fly downward quickly, helping reach feeding lanes with minimal fuss.
• Versatile use as a front or back fly to match incoming hatches and feeding windows.
• Mustad Signature hooks provide strong, reliable hook-ups with premium construction.
• Built with premium materials and precise craftsmanship for consistent presentation and durability.

The Rainbow Warrior Midge Nymph is designed to perform across water types and light conditions. With four sizes in the mix and a dozen flies total, you can instantly adapt your depth and drift without retying or swapping patterns mid-fight. The distribution—three flies of each size—lets you try different depths in one outing and compare how trout respond to each option.

How to use it on the water

• Drift it through feeding lanes: the tungsten bead helps maintain a controlled sink rate and a natural midge silhouette.
• Drop it as either a point fly or a dropper to widen your presentation options in varied currents.
• Rely on the combination of bead velocity and Mustad hook resilience for more consistent hookups over longer stretches of fishing.
• Pair with a light, steady retrieve or a subtle drift to maximize your chances across conditions.

Note: While this pattern offers versatility and a strong track record, results can vary with water clarity, insect activity, and trout mood. Consider this Rainbow Warrior Midge Nymph as a reliable, adaptable addition to your fly box rather than a guaranteed solution for every outing.
