Renzetti Traveler Left-Handed C-Clamp Vise – 360° Rotary Fly Tying, USA Made

Elevate your fly tying with the Renzetti Traveler 2200 Cam Vise, a left-handed option engineered for flexibility, durability, and smooth, precise manipulation. The true rotary system offers effortless 360° access to your pattern, so you can rib, Palmer, and view every angle without removing the hook. The combination of anodized aluminum, a case-hardened cam, and the durable polyurethane O-ring keeps hooks secure and reduces wear during extended sessions, making this vise a reliable companion whether you’re tying at home or on the road.

Versatility at the bench

Designed for a wide range of flies, from tiny trout patterns to large saltwater designs, this vise accepts hooks from #28 through 4/0. The ambidextrous design and left-handed configuration provide a comfortable grip and control for different tying styles, while the 8" flexible stem helps you attach the vise securely to many benches or tables.

Durability and practical use

The Traveler’s all-aluminum components are anodized for corrosion resistance, helping the vise hold its precision over time. The upgrade to a robust cam system ensures easy, repeatable adjustments, while the included components keep frequent tying sessions comfortable and efficient. At roughly the size of a compact travel setup, its weight and balance are chosen to minimize fatigue during long sessions or travel days.

Real-world use includes crowded workbenches, impromptu tying sessions in the field, and studio setups where space is at a premium. The left-handed model reads naturally for left-handed tiers, yet the overall construction remains ambidextrous in feel, enabling comfortable operation across configurations. Whether you’re tying delicate nymphs, streamer backs, or classic freshwater patterns, this vise offers the control you need to execute precise ribbing, clean palmering, and secure jaw grip enjoyably and reliably.
