Real-World Use and Setup Tips

In the field, the 18-inch length helps position decoys at realistic distances while remaining manageable as conditions shift. The 4-ounce weight provides stable anchoring in light current without weighing down the layout. The memory-friendly coated cable keeps lines tidy as you add or reposition decoys, and the large padded carabiner makes clipping and re-rigging feel smooth and secure. After a day on the water, a quick rinse and air-dry help maintain performance for seasons to come.
