Description
The SHIMANO ANRC860A SHM NEOPRENE RL CVR XL BLACK is designed to shield reels when they are not in use. This neoprene cover provides a soft protective layer and a snug fit that helps reduce wear during storage and transport. The XL size accommodates larger conventional and baitcasting reels, while the black finish stays discreet in a gear bag or on a shelf.
Versatile compatibility and fit
Designed for both conventional and baitcasting reels, this cover delivers flexible protection for a range of setups. The soft neoprene forms a light protective layer that dampens minor impacts and protects against dust and moisture. The XL silhouette ensures room for slightly larger reels without feeling tight.
- Fits conventional and baitcasting reels
- Durable neoprene adds light padding and abrasion resistance
- XL size accommodates larger reels
Mounting options for fast, convenient use
The covers can be mounted with the reel on or off the rod, giving you choice depending on your space and routine. This flexibility helps keep reels protected whether you are rigging a rod for a trip, or packing up after a day on the water.
- Mount on the rod or detach for stand-alone protection
- Easy to slide on when reels are on the rod; quick off for storage
Durable construction for daily use
Made from high-quality neoprene, the SHIMANO cover resists minor scrapes and daily wear. Its simple design minimizes bulk, helping it slide into a tackle bag or storage bin while staying ready for your next outing.
Practical use cases and scenarios
Use this cover when transporting reels to the boat, when storing them in a garage system, or during long periods between fishing sessions. It offers a dedicated home for reels that helps you keep gear organized and protected.
While no gear can guarantee results, protecting reels with a dedicated neoprene cover can reduce scuffs, moisture exposure, and dust accumulation, supporting easier maintenance and readiness for your next fishing session.
