Sig Sauer KILO8K-ABS 7x25mm Rangefinder | Up to 8000 Yards | BDX 2.0 | Bluetooth Monocular

Overview

Meet the Sig Sauer KILO8K-ABS 7x25mm rangefinding monocular, designed for hunters and shooters who value fast, reliable data in the field. This rugged, compact tool integrates with Sig Sauer’s BDX ecosystem to deliver distance, elevation hold, wind hold, and velocity data in real time. With a maximum reflective range of 8,000 yards, it helps you estimate distances on long-range shots while staying light enough for all-day wear.

Field-ready accuracy in varied conditions

The OLED/LUMATIC display adapts to your environment: bright and highly legible in daylight, then dim for dawn or dusk scenarios to preserve situational awareness. Onboard environmental sensors and a digital compass provide context for your readings, helping you interpret data quickly. You can switch among Circle, Duplex, or Milling Grid reticles to match your target shape and shooting setup.

Key features at a glance

• Maximum reflective range up to 8,000 yards with BDX Elite (BDX 2.0) compatibility for an integrated data workflow.
• Gen II LightWave DSP with targeted modes including Extended Range (XR) and Fog mode, plus First/Best/Last target options.
• Active Matrix OLED Display (LUMATIC) delivers broad dynamic range for bright sun or low-light conditions.
• Seamless connectivity: Low Energy Bluetooth 5.x supports multipoint pairing; BaseMap integration enables remote waypoints; BDX App configuration.
• Reticle flexibility: Circle, Duplex, and Box + Milling Grid reticles aid alignment across scenarios.
• Stealth ID industrial design reduces visibility while preserving function with rugged, field-ready ergonomics.

Connectivity and practical use

In practice, you can link the KILO8K-ABS to external devices via BDX-X and share data with compatible scopes, sights, or Kestrel/Garmin units. The system’s low-energy Bluetooth keeps data transfers swift while preserving battery life, so you stay focused on the terrain in front of you.

In-the-field experience

The device’s compact form, tactile controls, and reliable display make it suitable for long days in the field. Expect clear distance readings, reliable ballistic data, and a flexible reticle setup that supports a range of shooting scenarios without clutter or confusion.

Adaptive data for dynamic environments

XR Extended Range, Fog mode, and deliberate target selection help you adapt to changing visibility. The combination of rugged construction, precise optics, and integrated ballistic data offers a practical tool for planning shots and refining your approach without making guarantees about outcomes.
