SOLAREZ Fly Tie Flex Formula (2 oz Bottle) – Quick UV-Cure, Flexible Knot Coating

Overview

Solarez Fly Tie Flex Formula is a 2 oz bottle crafted for fly tying lovers who value a reliable, flexible coating. The clear, glossy layer protects wraps and knots while remaining pliant enough to move with the fly in water. This formulation aims to balance durability with maneuverability, so your flies stay dependable without adding stiffness or extra weight.

Fast UV Cure and Tack-Free Finish

Expose the coating to UV light and it sets in seconds, forming a solid layer that minimizes handling friction. When cured with Solarez UV Light, the surface dries to a smooth, even, tack-free finish that remains clear and neat for later tweaks or adjustments.

• Dries quickly under UV light for efficient work sessions.
• Leaves a tack-free surface when cured with UV light from Solarez.

Flexibility and Knot Coatings

The flex formula is designed to move with water and fly components, staying pliant where it matters. It’s especially helpful for coating knots and wraps to support long-term durability while preserving the fly’s natural movement.

• Flexibility for swimmers and moving parts on flies.
• Ideal for coating knots to help prevent cracking and wear.

Quality, Odor, and USA-Made

Expect low odor during handling and no yellowing after cure. The cured layer is hard, resilient, and clear, offering a durable finish. SOLAREZ is proudly made in the USA, reflecting a commitment to consistent quality.

Usage tip: apply a thin, even layer to the desired area, cure with UV light, inspect the surface, and recoat if needed for extra protection.
