Description
Bright, reliable lighting when it matters most
When the power goes out and darkness closes in, the Streamlight Siege 44931 becomes a trusted companion. This compact lantern pushes out 540 lumens of 360° light, quickly transforming a room, tent, or work area into a well‑lit space you can move around in with confidence.
- Balanced 360° illumination for broad, even coverage
- Red LED mode to preserve night vision and reduce glare
- Emergency SOS function to help signal for help when needed
- Removable globe for maximum output or softer, diffused light
Durability and reliability define the Siege. Its rugged polymer housing is IPX7 waterproof, ready to withstand rain, splashes, and wet environments, and it floats if it slips into water. A recessed power button helps prevent accidental activation during transport or storage, while built‑in D‑ring hanging hooks and a versatile hanging design give you flexible placement options for camping, a camping trip, or a job site after dark.
Power comes from three D alkaline batteries (sold separately), delivering dependable light wherever you need it. In low mode, the Siege can run for up to 295 hours, making it a practical choice for extended outages or late‑night tasks. The lantern’s design also supports quick battery orientation with a simple center post to guide the battery cover during replacement.
Real‑world use ideas include overnight camping, outdoor work at dusk, hurricane or storm prep, and emergency readiness around the home or RV. The Siege is built to adapt to moments when visibility matters, offering bright white light for most tasks, plus a red night‑vision option and an SOS signal if needed. While this lantern is designed for versatility, individual outcomes depend on battery choice and use patterns.
