Description
Rugged optics protection for 46.5mm oculars
The Tenebraex 46.5mm Ocular Flip-Up Scope Cover is built to shield precision lenses without slowing you down. Crafted with military-inspired durability, these MIL-SPEC caps are designed to stay put under demanding conditions while staying quick to operate when speed matters.
Designed for a 46.5mm ocular diameter, the cap delivers dust and moisture protection while keeping operation smooth. Its sturdy thermoplastic construction resists common hazards from field use, weather, and rough handling, so you can focus on accuracy rather than gear maintenance.
Compatibility at a glance
These covers fit a broad mix of widely used scopes. Key fits include:
- Athlon ARES family and Midas TAC lines
- Bushnell Match Pro ED 5-30x56
- Meopta MeoStar R2 series (1.7-10x42, 2.5-15x56, 2-12x50)
- Optika6 line (1-6x24, 5-30x56)
- Schmidt & Bender Polar T96 family (2.5-10x50, 3-12x54, 4-16x56)
If your optic shares the 46.5mm ocular diameter, you can expect a reliable fit that maintains zero-slope rotation and a clean seal.
Field-ready design features
- Tactical toughness: Hard thermoplastic resists chemicals, abrasion, and fatigue in rugged environments.
- Locking reliability: A robust locking tab keeps the cover in position—open or closed—without flopping.
- 360° rotation: The fully rotating lens cap lets you place the cap wherever you prefer for quick access.
- Optics protection: Built to military specs, these covers deliver proven performance when optics face tough conditions.
Real-world use and care
In the field, the cover helps safeguard lenses from dust, moisture, and incidental bumps while remaining easy to operate with gloved hands. Rotation and placement are designed for rapid, distraction-free use, and regular care with a soft cloth keeps the seal smooth and reliable.
