The Fly Fishing Place Tungsten Bead Gasolina Perdigon Tactical Jig Czech Euro Nymph Fly – 6 Flies Size 16

Overview

Meet the Gasolina Perdigon Tactical Jig from The Fly Fishing Place—a Spanish-inspired Euro nymph designed for fast rivers. The slender, lightly dressed profile combines with a tungsten bead to help you reach deeper zones quickly.

Designed for Euro-style, Czech, and Tactical nymphing, these flies present a compact silhouette that travels through the current with less resistance. The jig head keeps the hook oriented up, which can improve hookup potential and reduce snagging on rocks and subtle structure. The barbless build supports gentle catch-and-release handling when appropriate.

Key benefits

• Slender profile plus tungsten bead for fast sinking and deeper presentation in swift water.
• Upward-pointing hook head encourages hookups and minimizes snagging.
• Hand-tied bead-head nymphs crafted in a six-fly set (size 16) for versatile river use.
• Barbless construction designed for easier handling and appropriate catch-and-release practices.

How to fish

• Pair with Euro-nymphing lines and long leaders for precise depth control.
• Use in hopper-dropper setups where a compact, weight-forward nymph can sit near the indicator.

Whether you are probing fast runs or slow seams, these flies offer a practical option for anglers seeking a deep, reliable presentation without heavy equipment or complex rigging.
