ThornsLine Force Braided Fishing Line - Ultra Abrasion-Resistant, GT Coating, Ocean Grey Camouflage

Powerful braided line designed for serious anglers

The ThornsLine Force braided line blends rugged durability with smooth, reliable performance in both saltwater and freshwater. Built with German-imported raw materials and a robust rock weave, it stands up to demanding casting sessions and tough underwater obstacles without compromising control.

Engineered toughness you can feel

Force Braided Line uses a proprietary high molecular weight polyethylene fiber and a machine-induced reverse spin plus pre-treatment. The result is a braid that resists wear under heavy use and stays strong when a long, hard pull is required.

• Ultra abrasion resistance: HF fibers are designed to handle rough surfaces, with about 120% stronger performance than typical lines.
• Tensile endurance: retains roughly 95.6% of strength after 1,200 test cycles, and about 1.2x stronger than many UHMWPE alternatives.
• Coating advantage: a specialty GT coating reduces friction and line vibration for smoother handling.

Castability and distance you can feel

The GT coating delivers a smoother surface that cuts through guides more quietly, contributing to longer, more accurate casts and reduced line noise. In controlled testing, you may notice up to a 17.95% increase in casting distance and about 7.96% improvement in castability and accuracy, depending on conditions.

• Longer casts: improved distance helps reach favorable zones with less effort.
• Better control: smoother line flow through guides supports steadier retrieves.

Design that works in diverse waters

The ocean grey design blends gray with ocean blue for a camo-inspired look that remains practical under varying light, while maintaining visibility for anglers during retrieval. This braid is described as versatile enough to handle a range of fishing environments.

• Camouflage appeal: ocean-inspired color pattern supports multiple water conditions.
• Environment-ready: suitable for both saltwater and freshwater fishing.

Real-world durability

In real fishing days, the Force braid offers dependable performance under load and around obstacles. The combination of strength, abrasion resistance, and a smooth coating helps maintain confidence during long sessions with demanding gear.
