TIEMCO SemperFli Nano Silk Ultra 30D 18/0 Red Thread – 100m for Micro Fly Tying

Premium micro fly thread for tiny patterns

SemperFli Nano Silk Ultra 30D 18/0 Red is engineered for precision tying on micro flies. The ultra‑fine diameter enables tight, clean wraps on hooks as small as size 32, while its robust construction helps secure materials without adding visible bulk. The vivid red color provides subtle contrast or a stealth body option, and the 100‑meter spool ensures you can experiment with multiple patterns without frequent restocking.

Key advantages at a glance

• Ultra‑fine 30D 18/0 construction enables delicate wraps on tiny flies.
• Strength relative to diameter supports secure wraps without excessive bulk.
• Flat lay design minimizes thread build‑up along the shank for cleaner bodies.
• Thread can be split for dubbing or texture, expanding your tying options.
• Optimized for micro patterns down to size 32, delivering reliable performance on small hooks.
• 100 meter length provides ample material for ongoing pattern development.

Real‑world use cases and practical tips

For anglers focused on precise body work, Nano Silk Ultra helps you maintain slim, tight wraps with controlled tension. The thread’s discreet profile is ideal when you want the fly’s materials to stand out, whether you’re securing delicate dubbing, tying ribbing, or anchoring micro fibers under a fine hackle.

• Use on tiny streamers and nymphs to avoid crowding the eye while ensuring secure wraps.
• Split the thread for finer dubbing textures or to control material density on the body.

How to maximize spool performance

Apply a steady, smooth motion and avoid excessive twisting on very small hooks. The 100‑meter length supports numerous patterns and sessions, making it a versatile choice for pattern exploration and refining micro fly techniques.
