Description
Overview
Meet the TRUSCEND Gradient Wacky Kit, a thoughtfully designed rigging system built to streamline bass lure setups and offer durable protection for soft plastics. The kit blends a robust downriggers tube with a precision head, aimed at delivering reliable performance on the water without complicating your fishing routine.
What makes it stand out
Designed for daily use, the downriggers tube is forged from 100 percent aluminum, while the head is crafted from 304 stainless steel. This combination yields a thicker, more resilient component that resists deformation and keeps your rig aligned during casts and retrieves. The removable wacky o ring retainer is fastened securely, so you can focus on the bite rather than gear adjustments.
Soft plastic worms deserve protection. The silicone O rings tightly wrap around the lure without requiring cuts, helping to preserve your investment and extend the life of each worm. Two crossed rings add an extra lock to prevent the worm from slipping off should fish pull hard on the lure.
Impact on fishing, in practical use
The O rings are designed to avoid altering the worm style lures natural fall, preserving body language and attracting more attention from cruising bass. In real-world scenarios, this setup can help you maintain a clean presentation while still leveraging the wacky rig approach. Whether you fish from a shoreline or a boat, the system is meant to feel intuitive from the first cast.
What you get
- A complete wacky kit featuring a durable downriggers tube and a stainless steel head
- 210 silicone O rings for secure, noninvasive lure mounting
- Elastic lanyard for quick on-river adjustments and carry convenience
Who it's for
Suitable for beginners learning the basics of wacky rigging as well as seasoned anglers refining their bass fishing toolbox. The kit offers a practical, all-in-one solution to simplify setup, reduce lure wear, and maintain steady lure action throughout a day on the water.
Tips for use
- Slide the lure into the tube, then secure with the o rings before threading the hook under the retainer
