Unity Tactical FST-SOBF Fast LPVO Offset Optic Base - FDE

Overview

FAST is Unity Tactical’s line of mounts and platforms designed to deliver a quicker sight picture than standard height options. A taller optical centerline can help you observe the reticle more readily when wearing electronic ear protection, communication headsets, night vision gear, gas masks, or plate carriers. The goal is a practical heads‑up posture that supports faster visual processing of the environment without compromising comfort or balance.

How the FST-SOBF Fast LPVO Offset Optic Base works

• The FAST LPVO Offset Optic Base attaches to either the forward or rearward mounting holes in the FAST LPVO Scope Mount.
• With the FAST LPVO Offset Optic Adapter Plate, it creates a base for attaching any number of mini red dot sights directly to the scope mount.
• The Offset Optic Base places mini red dot sights at a 35 degree offset from the scope tube, enabling faster transitions between optics.

Key benefits you may experience

• Increased centerline height can simplify the sight picture when using bulky gear like ear protection, NVGs, gas masks, or plate carriers.
• Offset mini dot sights can support quicker transitions, potentially reducing time to first action in dynamic scenes.
• Modular design supports multiple dot configurations, offering setup flexibility for training or mission-specific needs.
• Rugged machining and a reliable interface help maintain alignment and performance across varied conditions.

Real‑world use cases

• Dynamic room entries and patrols where a quick sight picture can help with rapid target acquisition while on the move.
• Vehicle operations or urban environments where gear shifts require flexible sighting options without re‑zeroing.
• Training scenarios focused on rapid transitions between the LPVO and mini red dot sights for smoother handling.

Durability and setup notes

Built for field reliability, the base uses precision machining and a durable finish designed to resist wear. When pairing with the Offset Optic Adapter Plate, install and torque screws according to recommended specifications to preserve zero consistency.

Compatibility snapshot

This base is designed to work with the FAST LPVO Scope Mount and the Offset Optic Adapter Plate to enable a modular mini dot system on your LPVO platform. Benefits described are potential outcomes and will vary with equipment and use case.
