Color, Texture, and Care

The chartreuse shade offers strong visibility in stained or murkier water, helping your patterns stand out without overpowering the hook. The texture is soft yet resilient, allowing easy shaping and precise profiles. For best longevity, store in a cool, dry place and handle with light pressure to maintain suppleness.

Whether you’re updating a pattern library or trying a new color for the season, Wapsi Pine Squirrel Zonkers provide a dependable, easy-to-tie option that can expand your fly-tying possibilities. Results can vary with conditions and pattern choice, but the material is designed to support natural movement and a strong silhouette on the water.
