Whiting Brahma Hen Cape | Soft Hackle Feathers for Nymphs & Wet Flies | Whiting Farms

Meet the Whiting Brahma Hen Cape

Delicately textured, this cape uses Brahma hen feathers to deliver a soft, natural touch to collars on nymphs and wet flies. The webby structure catches the water just enough to give a hint of movement without bulk, helping your patterns ride with lifelike subtlety.

Engineered for soft hackle work, the cape strikes a balance between stiffness for control and flexibility for realism. Small fiber lengths contribute to a tidy, crisp collar that remains approachable from a distance while you fish or display your work at the tying bench.
