Wilderness Resource Astral Cover – 13 ft / 16 ft / 20 ft Tent Cover

Protect and extend your tent's life with the Astral Cover

The Astral Cover from Wilderness Resource is designed as an extra protective layer that can shield your tent from the elements. Offered in three sizes, it fits a wide range of footprints, from compact 13-foot setups to larger 20-foot configurations, making it a versatile companion for quick trips, family adventures, or remote expeditions.

Key benefits you may experience

• Extra protection against wind, sun, rain, and dust that can cause wear over time
• Lightweight, packable design that travels with your gear without adding bulk
• Simple setup that can be added before or after pitching your tent, depending on conditions

The Astral Cover acts as an additional shield, helping to minimize direct exposure of tent fabric and seams. While it is not a guarantee of weatherproofing, it offers a practical way to reduce the wear from daily camping life, making it a useful addition to your shelter system.

Real-world use cases

• Day trips, car camping, and weekend getaways where weather can be unpredictable
• Storm season adventures where a quick layer can help keep the interior drier and more comfortable
• Longer trips or multi-day events where you want an extra buffer against sun, wind, and moisture

Choosing the right size is straightforward: measure your tent footprint and select the corresponding Astral Cover size (13 ft, 16 ft, or 20 ft). The three options provide flexibility to match most common shelter layouts, helping you avoid excessive fabric flapping or gaps that invite wear. This accessory pairs with your main tent and other gear to create a more resilient campsite setup.

Remember that while the Astral Cover can help shield your tent from harsh elements, it should be used as part of a broader care routine and weather-ready packing list. It is designed to support your outdoor experiences, not replace essential shelter equipment or precautions.

Material and construction details are designed with rugged camping in mind, balancing durability with the need to stay lightweight for backcountry trips. The three sizes ensure you don't have to improvise a fit and can keep your tent interior more comfortable during varying climates.
