YAMASHITA Egi King Live No. 3.0 066 Bull Mambo – Neon Bright UV Glow Lure

Overview

Meet the YAMASHITA Egi King Live No. 3.0 066 Bull Mambo, a lure designed to expand your options in murky water, low light, and changing tides. It leverages a next generation UV light emitting appeal called Neon Bright to help the lure stand out when visibility matters most.

The Neon Bright system uses a trio of fluorescent wavelengths that respond to tide color and light level. The lure’s body remains neutral without UV, but under ultraviolet light it reveals distinct hues: green glow for NBG and red glow for NBR. This subtle shift is paired with a wide, dart-like side tape that enhances both surface flash and lateral movement. These features work together to increase visibility and perceived motion without promising specific outcomes.

Key Features

• Color: 066 Bullmambo
• Weight: 0.5 oz (15 g)
• Sinking speed: approximately 3.5 seconds per meter
• Neon Bright UV lamp creates optimal light response according to tide color and light level
• Partial tape along the sides adds a flickering, reflective cue for added allure

What to Expect on the Water

This lure is designed to be versatile across conditions. The balanced weight provides a steady descent that helps you control depth, while a UV glow offers an extra visual cue in dim conditions. The side tape contributes to a lively silhouette during the retrieve, adding perception of motion. While not a guarantee of performance, the Neon Bright system may help improve the lure’s presence in low visibility scenarios.

For best results, cast toward structure, drop-offs, and weed edges, then vary your retrieve from slow to moderate with occasional pauses to let the lure sink and glow. The combo of vivid UV response and reflective tape can help create an engaging, lifelike impression as the lure travels through the water.
