Z-Man CBW-PZ12-10 Project Z ChatterBait Weedless Bladed Jig Dark Green Pumpkin

Z-Man CBW-PZ12-10 Project Z ChatterBait: Weedless Bladed Jig for Snag-Resistant Presence

Anglers know that real opportunities emerge when a lure can navigate through cover without getting hung up. The CBW-PZ12-10 builds on the trusted Project Z platform and adds a purpose-built heavy fiber weedguard, designed to reduce snags around wood, docks, grass, and laydowns while you maintain steady chatter and vibration on the retrieve.

Core components work in harmony to deliver a reliable, tournament-grade performance. A 5/0 black nickel Mustad UltraPoint hook provides crisp, confident hookups, while robust line ties stand up to tough days on the water. The stainless blade catches light with every turn, creating a perceptible pulse that anglers can feel through the rod. Rounding out the details are 3D eyes and multi-step, double umbrella Z-Tie EZ skirts in color-matched schemes, delivering an ultra-realistic silhouette under water.

How and where to fish it

This 10 size offers versatility from shallow edges to moderate depth cover. Pair a compatible trailer to tailor action and cadence; the weedguard helps you glide over vegetation while the bladed front pulses and glints, signaling presence to bass in clear or stained water.

Think laydowns, grassy banks, and timber edges where cover is dense but bites are possible. The Dark Green Pumpkin color blends with natural forage tones across seasons, helping the lure imitate familiar prey and catch the eye of wary bass without overwhelming the water’s natural palette.

Designed around a proven, tournament-ready framework, this model emphasizes durability and realism. The combination of stainless blades, a sturdy quick clip line tie, and premium hooks means you can focus on technique and target areas with confidence, while the detailed lure profile—3D eyes and matched paint schemes—adds visual depth under varying lighting conditions. Made in the USA, the CBW-PZ12-10 represents a thoughtful balance of performance and craftsmanship intended to support a wide range of fishing styles and water conditions.
