Jigs Canada

Separate a bare jighead from a ready-dressed jig

Decide whether you want to add your own soft bait or start with a dressed jig. Keep head weight and hook size as separate entries on your shortlist, then compare both with the rod and rig you intend to use. When a listing offers several weights or colours, check the chosen variant rather than the range name alone.

• Check whether a listed weight applies to one jig or the whole package.
• Compare hook details with the bait body you intend to add.
• Count complete jigs separately from replacement hooks, skirts and other components.
